Owen Davis is a model and actor from Cleveland, Ohio. Owen’s love for acting started young when he received his first video camera and began making home movies with his best friend and siblings. He has been writing scripts, editing, and making movies ever since. In high school that passion translated effortlessly to the stage. Owen is a hardworking and passionate actor that is dedicated to improving his craft. Owen was one of only thirty-two students worldwide to be accepted into a NYU Tisch Summer Drama Program. He has been formally trained in stage combat, Meisner, IPA, Suzuki, Clown, and Williamson. Just before Owen was about to take the stage for the first time the pandemic hit and everything shut down. Even amidst countless obstacles and setbacks, Owen found safe ways to continue learning and growing as an actor and as an individual. Owen performed in thirteen plays in three years, volunteered weekly as the assistant director for his local Junior High theatre club, lead his high school improv team, was active within his community, challenged himself with a rigorous academic schedule, and subsequently graduated with honors in the spring of 2023. Owen was accepted into 25 BFA/BA acting programs. These included many highly regarded programs such as USC, SMU, Pace, Webster, Hartt, Stephens, Otterbein, Pepperdine, Shenandoah and Fordham. Owen is looking forward to continuing his pursuit of a career in acting while earning a double major in BFA in Acting & Film and Media Studies.
